Does the app collect my data?

LumiLens processes everything on-device. No data is uploaded to any server. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Why can't I use the magnifier?
  • Make sure Camera permission is enabled for LumiLens.
  • Go to iOS SettingsPrivacy & SecurityCamera and allow access for LumiLens.
  • If the issue persists, force quit the app and reopen it.
How do I report a bug?

Please email us and include the steps to reproduce the issue, a screenshot or screen recording, and your device model and iOS version.

Subscriptions & Purchases

If you subscribe to Pro, the subscription may auto-renew unless you cancel it in iOS.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment information.

Troubleshooting

The camera preview is black / cannot open the camera
  • Go to iOS SettingsLumiLens and enable Camera.
  • Force quit the app and reopen it.
  • Restart your device if the issue persists.
Screen light not bright enough
  • Check your device brightness in Control Center and set it to maximum.
  • Make sure Low Power Mode is not enabled, as it may reduce screen brightness.
Flashlight not working
  • Some devices may not support the torch feature.
  • Another app may be using the camera, which can prevent the flashlight from turning on. Close other camera apps and try again.
  • Force quit the app and reopen it.
