Yes. Lunara stores all data exclusively on your device. There are no servers, no accounts, and no cloud sync. Your data never leaves your phone. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Predictions improve as you log more data. With fewer than 3 cycles, predictions use a default 28-day cycle. With 3–6 cycles, a simple average is used. With 6+ cycles, a weighted average gives more weight to recent cycles. A confidence indicator (Low / Medium / High) shows how reliable the prediction is.
No. Hormone trend charts show estimated relative levels (High / Medium / Low) based on your cycle phase and data patterns. They are not blood test results and should not be used for medical decisions. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
All data is permanently deleted when you remove the app. There is no backup or recovery because we do not store your data anywhere else. If you use HealthKit sync, data written to Apple Health will remain in the Health app.
